Help Tele feed the homeless

Birthdays come once a year and mine is coming up in a few weeks (yay!!!) but I need your help to celebrate.

This year has been a memorable one so far: I have been through trials and had a near death experience (domestic violence), but I am still here! Still standing! Still breathing! Still alive only by the grace of God!

That experience has changed my mindset completely. I no longer want to live for myself or make special days all about myself anymore. It dawned on me that life is too short to be self-absorbed.

My greatest desire for my birthday this year is to celebrate with the homeless and the less fortunate in Washington, DC.

I currently do not have enough money to pay for the feeding of that many people or for the much needed toiletries. The plan is to use the money to buy food and toiletries that would be packed in bags and handed out individually to them. I have several friends and family members who would break out into groups to cover the expanse of Washington DC.

Please help me make my birthday another memorable event this year. It would mean so much to me, if I can reach a couple hundred of them. Every little cent would help me make this a reality.
