Please donate to the fund to help 8- or 9-year old Cristal Tejeda and her mom and dad who lost their home and all their possessions in a fire on approximately December 9, 2015. They do not have renter's insurance of any kind.

At present, Cristal is staying with a family friend and her parents are staying elsewhere.  I know Cristal very well from the Olivet Boys & Girls Club; she is sweet, loving, smart, and beautiful. I saw her Friday, and she wasn't the same happy, smiling girl I've known but rather a  girl who escaped her house in the middle of the night because of fire.  She is scared, and she is not living with her parents because they lost their home.

The family  needs money for clothing, food,  other necessities, and a new apartment to rent. Once they get a new apartment they will need household goods.
