Teeth for Jenn

Hello, My name is Amber Caldwell and I am creating this fundraiser for my sister Jennifer Miller. 14 years ago, my sister developed Sjogrens after having her first (and only) child. Sjogrens is an autoimmune disorder that prevents the body from making important liquids. Tears, saliva etc. Since then, Jenn has also been diagnosed with Lupus and Reynauds. Jenn decided to fight back, and make her health the utmost top priority. She has done her best to make her body strong and eat a healthy diet to fight these autoimmune disorders and live well. Unfortunately, there is only so much she can do. With lack of tears.. she has to wear special contacts all the time or her eyelids adhere to her eyeballs. With a lack of saliva, despite trips to the dentist and using special mouthwashes etc, her teeth are rotting right out of her mouth. To fix this is not as easy as a pair of contacts. She needs all of her teeth (the ones she has left) to be pulled out and she needs to have them replaced with implants. Due to issues with prior root canals and extractions, she has lost a lot of the bone in her jaw so she will need bone graphs as well. She is in constant pain from her teeth, amoung other things from the autoimmunes, but shes at a point where she can hardly eat. Insurance wont cover it. Its possible she could get reimbursed by insurance eventually, however she would have to hire legal help for that as well which is also costly and not a sure thing.
