Teesside University - Brit Challenge
Teesside University takes on the BRIT Challenge for mental health!
Our staff and students are aiming to walk, jog, run, cycle, swim, row and paddle 2,022 miles for the 2022 BRIT Challenge in order to raise money and awareness for young adult and student mental health.
According to research highlighted by mental health charity Mind, 1 in 5 students are diagnosed with a mental health condition.
Please help us make a difference to the support available for these young adults and many more with undiagnosed conditions by contributing today.
Every donation will go to the British Inspiration Trust (BRIT) to help boost young adult mental health and fitness and we’ll keep you posted with our progress on our social media channels.
Thank you in advance for your support.
