Hi, my name is Lucas Nguyen, I am 15 years old. On October 24, 2021, I will be running as a St. Jude Hero at the San Diego Rock n' Roll Half-Marathon (13.1 miles). St. Jude's Hospital's mission is to advance cures and means of prevention against dangerous diseases such as cancer. The organization has helped countless of kids diagnosed with cancer and other life threatening diseases thanks to donors and volunteers, and I hope to be one of them.
