I have created a Go Fund Me page on behalf of my little brother Alfie Keogh.
As only some of you may now know Alfie was diagnosed in August 2019 with Spindal Cell Synovial Sarcoma Cancer located in his right calf muscle. For those of you who don't know Alfie, he is from Blackpool, 19 years old and the youngest of 4.
Spindal Cell Synovial Sarcoma Cancer is an incredibly rare form of bone and tissue cancer, unfortunately for Alfie it has metastases (spread) throughout the body much more quickly than we would have expected. The Doctors told him he had less than 3 months to live, and that Chemo and Radiotherapy would only be useful in pain management, however nothing could be done to stop the Cancer.
As you can imagine what any mum would do in this situation, my mum began researching everything she could that could potentially save her son's life. She came across numerous significant studies which demonstrated how CBD & THC oil promote bone growth and actively kill cancer cells. We were lucky enough to get our hands on some! Immediately, Alfie's appetite and sleep increased, his face glowed even after weeks of Chemo and the pain he endured was massively reduced.
During a routine Doctors appointment at Christies, we (including the Doctor) were amazed to see the Tumour in his right calf muscle had shrunk to more than half the size, in diameter it had gone from 7 x 12mm to 1 x 2mm within the first 2 months of using the Oils.
Naturally, we were not blind to the fact that this could have been a 'Placebo effect' or simply a miracle! However, the 3 months initially diagnosed came and went, Alfie was feeling positive & strong and is now having as many good days as he is bad.
Chemotherapy is now no longer available and Radiotherapy treatment for the pain came to an abrupt stop 20th March due to the spread of Covid-19 and Alfie's vulnerability to catching this disease due to his weakened immune system.
We have been in a battle with the spread of Alfie's cancer since August 2019 and have seen a genuine improvement to his pain management, appetite, sleep and health since we introduced the Oils.
The reason I am doing this GoFundMe is because the Oils do not come cheap. My Mum, who is a single mother of 4 has spent upwards of £15,000 since Alfies diagnosis in alternative treatment and has been pushed to the brink of bankruptcy all in the hope that she can keep her family together.
We really do appreciate that this is a hard time for everyone, but we are completely out of options and even if you had the opportunity to donate £1 we would be so grateful!
