Hello there! My name is Joel, and I am an aspiring filmmaker, seeking funds to produce a pilot of a TV Show that has been in preproduction for 6 years now. This is to then send off to production companies with the aim to get a full series made with our cast and crew.

The show itself follows 4 young people navigating their own difficult lives whilst moving in together. The production includes themes of body dysmorphia, self-harm, parental issues and grief.

This project means the absolute world to me, as it all based off of my own personal experiences throughout my teenage years, along with times in my early twenties. To see if the the story resonated with other people, I produced 2 short films using the same characters, placed in the aftermath of series 1 - and the response we got was staggering, with people asking for the context which we would give in the first series. This is the time to produce the pilot, and get the ball rolling on the show itself.

The funds raised would be used to pay for accommodation for the cast that live outside of the filming locations, along with food allowances and travel expenses for both crew and cast.
