Stage 4 Cancer Treatment

Hello,

My name is Kelly Vinci. Ted and I have been married for 18 wonderful years. Just Like any other couple, we have our share of issues. But none-the-less we are deeply in love. We have 2 children we have raised: Michael, and Michelle. Despite our children’s success Ted and I will require substantial help to deal with the health care and hospice bills.

So now onto the problem... On September 10th this year, he contracted COVID, but nothing serious as he tested negative after 5 days, he was given the oral treatment and had the first inoculation and the booster. Unfortunately, Ted developed a bronchial infection 3 weeks later that took a month to clear up. The doctors could not figure out why it took so long to heal. But, finally got it cleared up. About 3 weeks later he got a serious bladder infection that required a trip to the ER. He had a Foley catheter inserted because his bladder shut down. The ER ran a battery of blood tests and discovered he had elevated liver enzymes which never showed up on any recent blood tests. The last test was 6 months ago. Once we found out his liver enzymes were elevated, we went to the Oncologist. He ordered a colonoscopy. During which, they found a 2cm mass on his colon and an MRI discovered lesions on his liver. The cancer metastasized from the colon to the liver (stage 4). We are facing astronomical medical bills despite having insurance.
