Teddy Bear’s Recovery

Hi, my name is Brooklynn. This is my sweet boy Teddy Bear. Teddy was given to my (no longer) friend with the agreement of temporary custody until I found somewhere to live that would meet his needs and I could get him back. He was healthy and happy until he began to be neglected. (Which has been openly admitted and heard by witnesses). My poor boy was left in the backyard all night at which time he escaped. I had received no information of his disappearance, nor did anyone else. The events to follow I never would’ve believed possible and are still unclear. While investigations are being started and answers are hopefully to come soon, teddy found himself in a bad situation. He was severely burnt, with trauma to his head and ears, as well as an eye hemorrhage and swollen throat from yanking on his collar. He has a very very long road for recovery but I’m willing to fight as long as he is. As of now he will have to get his left ear removed and have a future skin transfer. He has multiple sections of dead skin that will have to be removed. My sweet boy needs to gain some weight and I would like to go above and beyond to make sure it happens in the healthiest and most bountiful way. He truly deserves nothing but the best. I’m asking for your help to help me with his medical bills. They have estimated it to be in the $7,000-$10,000 range. Your donation will also go towards his long-term well being when it comes to weight gain and muscle recovery. Even the donation of a prayer for my sweet beautiful boy will make all the difference.
