OUR GOAL IS 600 TEDDY BEARS and to PROVIDE SHELTER to families!! The work continues in Poland (Update)
Hi my name is Christine Burych. As part of the relief efforts for Ukraine, my friend Nina Meyerhof (Children of the Earth Organization and One Humanity Institute ), Diane Marie Williams of The Source of Synergy Foundation and I are in Poland this week to support Ukrainian children that have been displaced during this war. Nina is the President of Children of the Earth and the One Humanity Institute, where she has been advocating for children and youth and providing support to those in need. She started the Teddy Bear project and we'd like to do the same for the children of Ukraine. In addition to the teddy bears, we want to provide shelter to families in need. Through the One Humanity Institute, we have access to buildings where we can house families. These buildings need to be outfitted appropriately. This is the next set of funds that we are looking for.

My interest in this is that I am Ukrainian. My father fought in WWII and he and my Mom immigrated to Canada after the war so that we would be able to live in freedom. So I want to help in any way that I can.
