Having another amputation on November 12th and will need help with every day life needs while I will be recovering. This money will go towards prescriptions, food medical devices I will need, and transportation to medical visits. I’m asking for help due to having more of my transmetatarsal amputation amputated. So more of my right foot will be cut off.
