Ted Shull Medical Fund

It has been a tough year for Ted and his family.   They experienced Hurricane Harvey and their house got flooded.  His family has been hard at work rebuilding their house and putting their life back together.  In the process Ted was even able to find a new job that was exactly what he is looking for.  He was set to start this week.  Thankfully the job has been put on hold until he gets better.

About 2 weeks ago Ted got sick and was admitted to the hospital. He contracted a severe and virulent form of streptococcal pneumonia . The bacteria caused the pneumonia, which is fluid in the lungs.   This caused a deflated/collapsed lung and the need for him to be placed on a ventilator and in an induced coma.

The prognosis is good as Ted is young and strong.  That being said, he has a long road to recovery.  Timing is so important in life and his family was just in the process of reclaiming their "normal life" after the hurricane.

Clearly this is putting a huge strain on their finances.  Teds wife Leidys is on leave to attend to his medical needs.  While money cannot buy happiness it sure can help solve certain problems.  It takes a village to keep us all safe and well so lets all pitch in to see them thru this challenge.  Thank you as well for all prayers and good energy sent in their direction.
