Ted Cohen Car Accident Recovery

Ted Cohen has worked with our family at Coletta's Restaurant for over 20 years. He has become so much more than an employee during that time.

Last Saturday night, Ted was in a car accident on his way home from work.

He was making a left-hand turn as someone ran a red light and hit him from his side - pushing his car 50 ft into Mt. Moriah. His car is totaled, and he is suffering from 9 broken ribs, a broken shoulder, and fractured wrist. He has blood in his lungs, and they believe he suffered a heart attack from the incident. He is expected to make a full recovery, but has a long road ahead of him.

Ted will be off of work for a minimum of 6 months during his recovery. He will be accumulating an enormous amount of medical bills during that time. He will also need a new vehicle, as his was totaled and he lacks car insurance.

Ted's only family member is his 34 year old daughter who lives in New York. He needs US, his Coletta family, his loyal customers, and his friends to help him through this. He would never approve of this fundraiser, and if I told him I was making it, he would tell me absolutely not. I do know, though, that he will be so incredibly grateful for the help he recieves.
