Help girls make apps

We need more girls making apps! I'm looking to raise money to offer a class following the Technovation Challenge  program to girls aged 10-14. This wonderful international competition runs from January to April and encourages girls to learn key skills of entrepreneurship while creating an app with AppInventor. Their app needs to tackle a problem in the local community. At the end of the program (50 hours recommended), the girls deliver a working prototype, pitch video and description of their app. The movie CodeGirl follows girls in the competition last year - it's really motivational. 

I want to make this weekly class available to all girls at a local middle school but need funding asap to cover basic costs. $1000 will fund one team, $3000 three or more. Ideally, the girls would be doing their own fundraising but right now, the key is to get it started!
