Help the Tech Titans Reach the World Stage – Support STEMbotics!

Our journey is one fuelled by passion, resilience, and a shared belief that young people can change the world when given the tools and opportunity.

In just our rookie season, The Tech Titans – a team of bright, determined students – won the UK VEX Robotics National Elementary Excellence Award at the VEX IQ Robotics Championships, the highest honour in this global competition. From a small, independent start, this incredible award-winning team, Tech Titans, has been working tirelessly to design, build, and program an incredible robot for this year’s challenge: Rapid Relay. Competing against teams from over 50 countries, we’re representing the UK as a group of passionate young engineers and coders committed to innovation, creativity, and teamwork. We are also planning to host our STEMBotics Summer Camps for local children like.

But we can’t do it alone.

Who We Are – STEMbotics & the Tech Titans

STEMbotics is more than a robotics program—it’s a movement. Founded to inspire young minds through hands-on STEM learning, we empower students to build, code, engineer, collaborate, and problem-solve using real-world creative technologies.

Led by myself, an award-winning STEM educator with a history of competitive success (including a seven-year undefeated run in VEX Robotics from 2011–2018), STEMbotics creates champions, thinkers, entrepreneurs and future engineers. After a short break, I returned to competition in 2024 with a new independent team—eager, curious, and bursting with potential.

That team became the Tech Titans.

Why Tech Titans Need Your Help

As an independent team, we don’t have the financial support of a school or institution. Every robot part, competition fee, and travel expense has been paid for out of pocket by dedicated parents and volunteers.

Now, as we prepare for the VEX World Championships and future Summer Camps in Herts, we need help covering :

Travel and accommodation for the team and mentors

Competition registration fees

Upgrades to our Robot for international-level competition

New VEX Hardware and VEX Equipment for our future outreach and STEM summer and autumn camps and regional competitions of our own that we’re planning for other young learners.

We’re asking for your support to help us inspire more children, represent the UK with pride, and prove that passion and determination can take young people anywhere—even to the top of the world.
