Hello everyone,

We’re Jacquie, Sunni, and Margie, the daughters of Teara and Curtis Carr.

Over the past week, so many of you have reached out with love, prayers, and the kind question, “What can we do?” Your messages and memories have meant more to us than we can express.

In honor of our parents, we’ve created this fund for those who wish to help with their celebration of life, which we plan to hold in May 2026, when their grandson returns from deployment. The funds will go toward travel and lodging costs for family, as well as the gathering itself — a time for all of us to come together and celebrate the love, laughter, and adventure that Teara and Curtis shared with so many.

Our parents lived life to the fullest — side by side, sailing, laughing, and finding joy wherever they went. We want this celebration to reflect that same spirit: full of warmth, stories, and love.
