Tear down Florida's Wall of Silence against women

In 2018 my campaign for public office became the subject of a smear campaign and cover up orchestrated by one of the largest media organizations in Florida.  I began blogging about the illegalities of this smear campaign and two months after my race ended the editor who set the smear campaign in motion, Adam C. Smith, announced his retirement.

Smith was being interviewed by Rob Lorei, the founding host, of one of the most respected political radio stations in Florida about his resignation.  I called into this live show and explained what Adam C. Smith did to me while I ran for office and called for a discussion about media ethics noting that it should be voters who decide elections, not powerful newspapers.  

Two weeks after that show aired Rob Lorei was fired without cause.  His listeners clamored for him to be rehired, and he was, but in April 2021 he was fired a second time. 

Even more illegalities have happened to further bury this story.  And the fired political editor is now managing a mayoral campaign.

I can no longer stay quiet knowing how much influence a few powerful people are having over elections in the swing county of the swing state.
