Hi, my name is Tyler Jenkins
I was diagnosed with stage 4 bone cancer (Ewing Sarcoma) back in November, 2013.
Throughout my journey, I have undergone countless rounds of chemotherapy, radiation, scans and surgeries.
After a year of initial treatment, I found myself in remission for a little over four months; however, as time progressed, the pain came back and I had to endure more forms of treatments. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the same results from the trial and am currently on preventive care.
At this stage in the game, I will continue on preventive care for as long as I can to hopefully hold out for another trial. I have a regular 3-week cycle of chemo. (1 week on, 2 weeks off). Medical expenses are insistently getting harder to manage and affording my basic needs are becoming a struggle as well.
Any form of donation is truly appreciated and words cannot describe how thankful I am for all the continuous love and support. I wouldn't have made it this far without most of you.
