"It's crazy how quickly life can change."  Imagine your best friend saying those words as she sits in a hospitable bed, paralyzed.  Just a few weeks earlier, Teresa was able to do what she loved: running, working on her family farm, and chasing little ones.  But on October 20th, everything changed.  An accident, a life flight, an emergency surgery, the inability to feel her legs and then the heartbreaking news:  Her spinal chord had been damaged.  She is now paralyzed from the waste down.   After weeks of painful therapy, she is beginning to learn how to function with a disability no one imagined her having to face. 

But now there is no place for Theresa to come home to.  Currently, the family farm house is not suitable, having no bedroom, nor a full bath on the first floor.

That's where you and I come in.  We have arranged for a team of men to spend the week of January 7th serving this family as they begin to remodel the first floor - making room for a bedroom and bathroom  suitable to Theresa's needs.

By the time our team arrives on the scene,  demolition will be complete, with electrical and plumbing beginning.  Our team is largely made of men skilled in  drywall, paint and finish carpentry.  We hope in a weeks time to greatly aid the project, getting Theresa into her home as soon as possible.
