Hi my name is Allison, I am staffing a creative DTS (Discipleship Training School) with Youth With A Mission in Ålesund Norway. I have the honor of leading a team to Tanzania for a two month outreach from March-May. The team consists of eight people & three different nationalities; Allison, Katelyn, Carly, & Grace are from The States; Kimberley is from Germany, & Ruth, Vegard & Stian are from Norway. The team is diverse and each person individually brings something special to the team.
Our team has grown in unity and communication, we are so excited to be doing this together. (Which is great because we quite like each other.)
Our goal as a team is to display God's joy, compassion, value, unity and love with the people of Tanzania. We will be partnering with two YWAM bases. The details of what we will be doing are being finalized, however our desire is to work in orphanages, schools, clinics, & with the poor; with a specific focus on the children of Tanzania, helping practically in the orphangage and schools such as teaching and providing workshops for them to see that they could have a future in something that inspires them. With the orphanages we will be spending time with them, providing workshops, loving them, playing with them and showing them fun skits about identity, to display the love of God their Father. We are very excited to be partnering with God in this journey of what we believe He is doing in Tanzania.

I am trying to raise the money before May to finish paying it all off. Praying and believing that God will provide for what I believe He's asking me to do.
This outreach is very important to me due to my love for my team as well as my strong desire to share the love I myself have experienced with God to others, specifically the people in Tanzania.
I am extremely grateful for your support in anyway. Please continue to pray for me and my team as we leave in a week.
