Hello, my name is Theresa;

On Sunday, April 02, I said goodbye to my husband, soulmate, lover and best friend of 21 years to a combination of chronic medical conditions that simply coalesced simultaneously; there was nothing to be done to heal the resulting damage.

Having absolutely no medical skills nor special knowledge, there was nothing that I could do for him physically; the one thing that I could give him was my promise to ensure that his Advance Directive would be honored, and his wishes regarding remembrance and memorial be fulfilled... I gave him that promise with my whole heart and it gave him ease...

The hardest part of that promise has been done. All that remains is to fulfill his end-of-life desires, and this is where I must turn to others with the plea to help me finish his journey with respect and dignity...

This fund, together with the balance of my remaining resources, would be used to cover the cost of his cremation and it's associated costs such as an Obituary and fees required to file his passing and provide an official certification as required by the State of Utah, etc...

Any and every donation of any amount is more appreciated than I can properly express in this forum; I will remember with great love for the rest of my life all of you who have already and who may yet help me to keep-in so many ways!- the most important promise I have ever made, this promise to the One who loved me beyond anything that has come before, and whom I will love so long as I live.
