Hi! My name is Jaime and I was a digital volunteer for Pete Buttigieg's Presidential Campaign last year. While volunteering, I met a ton of amazing folks who were committed to making the world a better place. Stephanie Clay was one of those folks. She has been very active on Twitter, trying to spread the Rules of the Road in her interactions and make the world better for us all. Last year, she even adopted a local family to help support them in getting rent and necessities paid. Unfortunately, Stephanie lost her job late last year and has been struggling a lot with her mental and physical health, which has made it hard to find another position.

She's behind on rent now and needs some help to avoid eviction. The initial fundraiser amount will cover February and March rent and late fees. I've privately donated to help her pay rent this winter, but now we need the support of the #teampete community. Any additional funds we raise will go to Stephanie to help her continue to pay her rent as she builds her mental health and strength and works towards finding employment.
