TEAM MIKEY - #CANCERSUCKS

Donation protected
Unfortunately, childhood cancer occurs everywhere. Statistics show that 15,590 children were diagnosed with cancer in the United States in 2018. Mikey was one of them. He was a the biggest and best fighter I have ever seen. In August, he went into remission and we thought this journey was over for Mikey. In late September, Mikey began to experience daily headaches and mom, Tammy Wildish, knew something was not right. Mikey was seen in the Emergency Room at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin where he was rediagnosed with another germ cell tumor. The family is adapting to this horrific news, but remain positive that Mikey will make it through this again. Mikey is strong and positive!  In fact, he tells us that he is doing this fight for his brother Robbie who passed away unexpectedly in January 2019.  The team of doctors that Mikey has at Children's have a very special place in the family's heart and continue to help the family understand why and how this happened again and so soon. His oncologist and surgeon have a plan and are very determined to get Mikey and the family through this a second time.  Tammy Wildish and family are very grateful for everyone who donated last time to help out with funeral expenses for Robbie and other expenses associated with Mikey's first fight.  Unfortunately, Tammy is not able to work again because of all the appointments required on a weekly basis for Mikey. Please find it in your heart to donate and help the family out with any added expenses this relapse may bring. If you want to help in another was besides gofundme, please contact Jennifer at [email redacted].
