Kohltyn is 5 yrs old and has been in Akron Childrens Hospital for 15 days now. Although several tests have been done, Drs are yet to find an answer as to why he cannot eat or drink anything. He has had a feeding tube for 10 days but is unable to keep down any tube feeds or even medicines if they are not injected directly into his blood stream.

Along this journey the Drs have discovered that Kohltyn also has kidney stones and intestinal blockages. He is going through a lot for a 5 yr old and continues to face several more tests and procedures.

Being so young, Kohltyn cannot be left alone at the hospital as he cannot make decisions about his medical well being on his own. This has prevented me (as his mother) from being able to work as i normally do. My purpose for this fundraiser is to be able to care for Kohltyn in the best way that i can. With that in mind the medical and housing expenses are getting quite large. Trying to keep up with everything has become an ongoing battle in itself.

All money raised will go towards medical testing, housing expenses, food, and daily needs that pertain to Kohltyns recovery.

Our ultimate goal is to find the cause and get Kohltyn home with his sister and brother.
