Hi, my name is Ivelisse. I am Killian's mom and we need your help. I am a single mother to 6 year old triplets. My son, Killian, was born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (Brittle bones disease). I was told he would not live for long, but he had other plans. He recently turned 6 and, against all odds, is thriving. Since he was 2 years old he uses a wheelchair to move around, but, for the last year, he has shown his desire to stand up and walk. In order to get him to walk he needs to undergo surgery on both his legs, which will correct the bowing and help stabilize his fragile bones. This summer we will be travelling from Puerto Rico to Philadelphia to have the surgeries (July 1st and August 8th). Between surgery and recovery I will not be able to work for approximately 4 months and am asking for donations in order to cover the expenses associated with the travelling, housing, and loss of income during that time.
