Ginger Spice's family, friends, and coworkers are setting up this Go Fund Me Page to help Sissy with some unexpected medical expenses and life. Ginger was diagnosed with rectal cancer on February 21, 2022. On March 9, 2022, Ginger found out the cancer had metastasized into both of her lungs and the cancer is now Stage 4. On March 17, 2022, Ginger made the decision to fight for her life. She is doing a 3 month trial of Chemo. She will then get another CT Scan, and see how much cancer she has fought out of her body. If she didn’t do the chemo, she would pass by the end of 2022. We are blessed that she has decided to fight, and appreciate all prayers that the cancer is more afraid of her than she is of it! Ginger has spent her life taking care of everyone else. She has spent her career working with Special Needs Students, in the Prince William County School District in Virginia as a very gifted physical therapist assistant. Ginger is also a very gifted Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist by night at job #2 (which she is not going to be able to continue with for a while). She is loved and appreciated by all. Ginger has a lot of unexpected medical bills and we want her to be able to live her best life. Ginger wants everyone to know this is all very difficult for her and I had to put her in a headlock for her to agree to this. Ginger also wants you to know that she only agreed to us setting up this page if she could make a donation to Cancer Research, Juvenile Diabetes Research, and Special Olympics.
