OUR IVF BABY FLOYD JOURNEY

To all my friends, family, and loved ones.
As some of you may or maynot know Sean and I have been dreaming of the day we become parents for a very long time now. Sean and I meet on FB (yes facebook) and yes I Sarah sent him the friends request Lol! 5 ½ years ago it was love at first sight and moved to Atlanta 6 months later and got engaged during Christmas on our first annual ornament exchange and had a beautiful wedding the Following October in Atlanta a day we are truly thankful for!
Shortly after we decided to start trying and become parents which we both have longed for and finally meet the right person to do that with. Little did we know this dream wouldn’t become reality that easy! With months of trying we were referred to an Infertility Dr to see why we couldn’t get pregnant. The emotions and struggles and tears and depression and anxiety of infertility are no joke all the testing and scans, tracking this tracking that and three Drs later. We’ve had dye scans to find a blocked tube was one of the problems so surgery was necessary to see why things were a mess, and unfortunately my tube was removed and found we had endometriosis and scar tissue in my “good” tube if that’s even fair to say! So that then put us at high risk of a tubal pregnancy something you can’t afford to have!
With all the testing, Drs. appointments, second and third opinions and three very long years later we are nervous scared and excited to go down the IVF route to start our family. Due to this huge life changing decision we are both so excited to do, insurance as we all know is terrible and does not cover any of the medical expense of the procedures we have coming up. As I sit here and type this little blog about our journey I tear up, I honestly never in a million trillion years thought we would have to go down this road as all of you know how much Sean and I love kids we have our little furball family and we are asking all of our friends and family to support us through the next coming months and pray it all works that we can start our family with IVF there is a huge expense and ANY little bit from anyone will be appreciated from the bottom of our hearts and we hope with all of you we can make our dreams come true… together!
