Christy Griffee is a 35 year old single mother who has been kicking cancer's ass for the last several months and she needs our help!
In October 2015, Christy was diagnosed with stage 3 Ovarian Cancer after an emergency room visit and emergency surgery to remove masses found on her ovaries. After almost two months of recovery Christy began an aggressive series of chemo. Christy has been winning this fight (like we knew she would!) and will be undergoing her final chemo treatment VERY SOON!
Team Christy has come together to support our loved one in her battle and we have done several smaller fundraisers (totaling around $1,000) to help Christy out financially as she battles on. This is our last attempt to raise some much needed financial assistance for Christy.
Due to the surgery and aggressive nature of her chemo Christy has been unable to work full-time over the last several months. Medical bills are growing and we need to keep Christy focused on healing and not worried about how to pay for the treatments that are saving her life.
Christy is the type of person that is always eager to lend a shoulder and support to those she loves. Let's come together again to do the same for her! There are no words to express how much this means to Christy, her son Marquez and her loved ones!
