David Bookout is the Vice Principal at Tahlequah Middle School.  He was diagnosed with cancer October 2015.

"About 6 weeks ago David had a sore throat and we thought it was tonsillitis. After visits to physicians and testing, we now know he has throat cancer. We are in the process of going to go to MD Anderson for treatment. The doctors are optimistic and so are we! We appreciate all the kind words, support, prayers, and good vibes sent our way."
