Our beautiful son, Jace Tyler Holesapple was born June 19,2015. At birth we discovered Jace had a severe cleft palate ( a condition that affects 1 out of 700 newborns ) only his is rare, and will require more attention and more surgeries then normal. He will undergo numerous surgeries that will begin at the tiny age of only 3 months and last well into his teens. The estimated cost of this is including plastic surgery, speech, dental, ENT, hospital stays, etc will be substantial to say the least. I'm a stay at home mother of four children and my husband works in the construction industry but will unfortunately be required to take off work due to the circumstances when surgeries/ procedures arise. He has currently already been off a week due to trying to get affairs in order. We are asking for your support to help receive the best care possible and help Baby Jace, as well as our family get through this troublesome time.
