Alanna discovered she has adult-onset muscular dystrophy after the birth of her second child. She actually died for 9 minutes but was miraculously spared to stay here and raise her two children, Jacob and Kayleigh.  
 
Alanna and Kayleigh (who also has MD) are both under doctor's care but we all know that insurance only goes so far.  Hubby, Daniel works hard but the constant battle to remain strong is long and expensive.

Last year, Alanna learned about Advocare's nutritional products and through the support of a few family and friends was able to try them. She has discovered new energy and has faithfully been using them.  However, the family's financial burden due to this awful disease makes it impossible to continue the products.  

Alanna battles daily for strength, She hopes and prays for a cure for MD.  Until then, we can help her be the wife and mother she is called to be by providing better nutrition for her muscles.  While the doctors care is so necessary, drugs don't do it for nutrition.
