The Chabot - Glascock family is going through something no family should every have to endure. On December 29th their precious 3 month old baby girl Madeline was diagnosed with a heart defect and was sent to the hospital to undergo heart surgery. Each new day brings on its challenges for Maddie but she is being a fighter. Maddie has a very long road ahead of her and we continue to pray for her little wins each day.
Mark and Ashley are truly grateful for all the prayers by all and would like to ask everyone to keep praying for their sweet baby girl, Madeline.
Living here in CT makes it hard to help hands on and I know a lot of others are feeling just as helpless. I wanted to come up with a way we could all help Maddie and her family. After speaking with Ashley and Mark and getting their blessing I have started this go fund me page on their behalf. Every little donation will help take the financial stress off of the family and allow them to devote their time and energy to Maddie and the boys.
Please consider joining me in this effort and keep little Maddie and her entire Chabot- Glascock family in your prayers.

Not usually one to share details like this but since so many people have stepped up to help, hope and pray we wanted to share a bit of what has been going on.
Ashley noticed that Maddie's breathing was wierd thanks to Jake's shared germs very early Monday morning. We made an appointment to see the pediatrician. He didnt like what he heard and sent us to UCDavis.
Within hours, she was diagnosed with a heart defect which was putting her in to heart failure and then she was admitted to the hospital from the ER. It took the team most of the afternoon and through the night to stabilize her, which only happened after she was put on a ventilator and chemically paralyzed.
The only option was heart surgery, which she had this morning. Thankfully all went off without a hitch and no need for the heart lung machine.
A handful of other issues were discovered during the surgery. Like a massive amout of fluid around her heart and her left lung wasn't functioning. Needless to say we now know why she wasn't able to put on any weight.
So shes stable now, still on a ventilator but in a much better place. We have a long road to go, but the 5Gs will stick together. Especially with all of the support we have.
Thank you everyone for everything. As we go through this we will share what we can. One day at a time. From Mark and Ashley,
