Thank you for taking the time to visit the “Team Ziets” fights cancer page.
This appeal is dedicated to our much loved Pa, Piet Zietsman. Who after several weeks of being unwell and not knowing what was going on, has only a few days ago been told that he has a very aggressive form of prostrate cancer.
Pa is preparing for the fight of his life. His strong will power, continuous humour, stubbornness and his courage will play a major part in fighting this awful disease. His resolve is great, but perhaps we can all help him and his wife, our Ma - Jan too.
Whilst medical treatments and hospital facilities are available in Zimbabwe they do come at a very very expensive cost. We worry that financially these costs will swamp our family. It makes us look at and appreciate how lucky we are to have the NHS in the UK.
Pa is receiving lots of treatment and continual visits from the doctors, every minute costing multiple of dollars.
We would like to assure you that any monies given to Team Ziets will be used to help pay for medical expenses of which will include but not limited to consultants fees, blood work, treatments, ongoing medication and overnight stays in hospital & any extra help with costs that the immediate family needs to be close by.
We do realise that times are tough for everyone, however Ryan and I, along with the rest of our family ask that you could kindly donate anything you can to help take this financial burden off their shoulders and show him that there are people there for him & his family in their time of need.
Much love Ryan and Sian xXx
