Team Wallace Tennessee Tornado Fund

Tennessee has suffered unimaginable damage and tragedy from a tornado that struck in the middle of the night in total darkness.  There are so many people in need, it is difficult to even imagine the struggles ahead.  The fact that my in-laws (Bill and Shirley Wallace) and every one else in their Mt. Juliet neighborhood survived this total devastation is a miracle.  Not everyone got as lucky with this tragedy and our thoughts and prayers are with those who lost people they love. 

So many of you have reached out and asked what you can do to help,  and that is really hard to figure out right now.  What we do know is that there is a long road ahead to recovery for so many.  And despite the fact that our family has each other, insurance, and the kindness of so many friends and family, we know Bill and Shirley will face expenses ahead that they haven't planned for at age 80 after losing everything they owned. 

In order to simplify a way to help I have created this gofundme page to donate to Bill and Shirley's recovery.  I feel a bit guilty even posting this because as a family we are so lucky, and there are so many who are in greater need, but you can rest assured that every dollar donated beyond what Bill and Shirley need will be given to a neighbor or another Tennessean recovering from this tragedy who is in greater need.
