Team up for Sanya - Kidney Transplant Patient

Sanya is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University where he bagged his Bsc (ed) Economics in 2006 and completed his Masters in 2010. He was until recently an Assistant Lecturer at a private College of Education in Osun State, Nigeria.

He had big dreams to do his PhD and grow up the ranks to be a Professor in the future thus making vital contributions to the society at large. His dreams came crashing when he was diagnosed with Kidney Failure in February 2020 and is required to undergo a Kidney Transplant with estimated cost of 12 million naira (about USD28,000). With paltry salary of N25,000 monthly (about $50), Sanya has been depending on financial supports from family members and close friends to be able to raise funds for dialysis over the last one year.
