Help Keep Team Uganda Lacrosse Alive

Team Uganda is Africa’s first national lacrosse team—but we’re much more than that. We’re a movement, fighting to grow the game across the continent and create opportunity for young athletes who dream of something bigger.

We’ve proudly represented Uganda at the World Games and earned international respect—including the Spirit of the Game Award—but our journey is just beginning. We need your help to stay on the field and chase our Olympic dream.

Your support will help us:

• Travel to the 2026 Heritage Cup

• Host clinics and events across East Africa

• Prepare for the 2027 World Games and ultimately, the 2028 Olympics in LA

We’re not funded by big sponsors. Every jersey, flight, and stick is possible because of people like you.

My name is Yosef Ngowe—I’m a captain for Team Uganda and proud to lead a group of athletes who believe in something bigger than themselves. Together, we want to change the narrative of what’s possible for African athletes in lacrosse.

If you believe in representation, opportunity, and building something that lasts, we invite you to support or share our story.

Thank you for being part of this mission.
