Dear Friends of Tre Monti,
First and foremost, we hope that this message finds you and your family healthy and safe from this terrible virus, COVID-19.
As you are well-aware, we had to close our doors once the Shelter in Place order was given, leaving the entire Tre Monti team out of work with zero income, yet with rents and bills to pay. These are very uncertain times for restaurants, and especially their employees, who rely heavily on tips as their main source of income. We will be starting take-out and delivery menu options as of April 3, but it is uncertain how long this shutdown will last, and if this will be enough to sustain us until we are able to re-open for full dine-in service.
We want to get our employees back to work ASAP to provide you, our Tre Monti family, with delicious meals. But, this is the part where we are humbly asking for your help. We want to make sure that we can keep all of our amazing staff, and while we are optimistic that our new take-out and delivery model will be successful, we are also realistic that it’s not a long-term solution in terms of making ends meet. We are seeking the support of anyone reading this who is willing and able to contribute even a small amount to help keep the restaurant and employees afloat while we navigate these extremely challenging times.
We’ve had the pleasure of serving friends, old and new alike, over the past year and a half since we opened, and it’s been an honor and a privilege getting to know so many of you and your families. Even though it’s been just a relatively short time under the current shelter in place order, we’ve missed serving our wonderful Tre Monti community. We look forward to the day when it will be once again, our pleasure to welcome you into our dining room.
