Team Teale

Donation protected
Rebecca (Beccy) and Marshal are a young couple with four young children living in Leichardt Victoria, near Bendigo.

Their eldest Teale, a young man of 10 years, recently complained of a sore leg. (The fibula in his right leg).

After numerous visits to the Doc over a very short period, he was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma Cancer.

(Read about the condition in language we can all understand;  https://www.rch.org.au/ccc/diagnoses/Ewing_Sarcoma/ )

Teale has subsequently started treatment of chemotherapy at The Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne, which will probably be quite a long process.

Big brother to Kallan, Koa and Deon, Teale is a very happy good natured boy, always willing to help with Mum and Dad with his siblings.

Beccy and Marshal are heavily involved in supporting their local community through SES among other local community
groups.

Having also been foster parents/ family to several children over the years, their home is a busy one, to state the obvious!

Teale’s illness has put undue pressure on the family’s finances due to the mounting costs related in dealing with the unexpected day to day costs involved in such an ordeal.

Our appeal is for the Teale’s greater family, both direct and extended, friends, school mates, locals of Leichardt, in fact anyone who has had the pleasure in knowing the  Hammond family, to pitch in and help with some of the financial burden.

Consider whatever you can spare.  A great cause for a ripper kid!
