Team SRA -One America 500 Festival Mini Marathon

Team SRA will participate in the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon and/or Delta Dental 500 Festival 5K  on May 7th, in Indianapolis, IN through the 500 Festival Mini with a Meaning Program.  Team SRA includes instructors Lyn Harper Mozley, Liz Moyer and Melissa Costell and they are looking for your support as they participate in the Mini with a Meaning to help raise awareness and funds to support the equine team at Sebastian Riding Associates (SRA). SRA is a community-based nonprofit providing equine-assisted services for individuals with cognitive, physical disabilities, and mental health challenges. SRA is home to 18 amazing equines partners, and in 2021 the average annual cost was $4.070 per horse, totaling nearly $75,000 a year for just routine care. The team's goal is to raise $1,500 to purchase 250 bales of hay! We average 9 bales of hay a day and this fundraising goal will feed the horses for nearly a month.
