Team Seneca

Our wonderful OT student Seneca needs our help. As many of you know she comes to us from Texas Women's University in Houston. The images coming from Houston are devastating and unfortunately Seneca's apartment with all of her belonging is located in the area affected by the flood. There are a lot of unknowns at this time but she will clearly need to start over. All of this is happening while she is finishing up her first level II fieldwork. Please consider contributing any amount you can spare to help Seneca get through this trying time so she can finish school, take her boards and be the awesome OT she is destined to be. Thank you.

Seneca is an OT student from Texas Womens University in Houston. She has been with us at UCSF for 11 weeks for her Level II fieldwork. I am the OT student coordinator. This fundraiser is for her as she has lost all of her personal belongings other than the clothes she brought with her to California. Seneca was going to return to Houston when she was done at UCSF, pick up her belonging and then head to her next fieldwork in Louisiana. She will need to replace all of her furniture, the bulk of her clothes and all other personal items. She especially needs a bed and clothes. Seneca told me she also had most of her personal belongings from childhood in Houston as well. Unfortunately, most of that stuff is likely not replaceable. Seneca is the one and only beneficiary of this fundraiser and I will set it up so she can withdraw the funds when she is ready.
