This fundraiser is for Scott VanDeest due his recent incident. On
June 8th Scottie was found at home unresponsive. He was transported to New Ulm Medical Center and then airlifted to HCMC due to a brain bleed.  They have found an abnormal connections between the artery and vein, behind his left eye.  This is the beginning of Scotties marathon. His progress changes everyday and you can follow his updates via CaringBridge https://caringbridge.org/visit/scottievandeest  This fundraiser will go towards any medical and travel expenses that Scott in counters.  To everyone who may know Scottie, know how much he is strong willed, determined and a fighter. Scotties long time service and support to the Lafayette community as a Fire fighter/ ambulance member has been remarkable.  Please keep him in your prayers.
