Hi there! My name is Jacquie Mask and I'm friends with the Schultz family. Almost 2 years ago, their world was rocked when little Reggie was diagnosed with Epilepsy. He was in 5th grade and was in the middle of football season, his FAVORITE sport. Since this has all began, Reggie has been up, down and all around with different medications and a laser ablation surgery that just couldn't take away these awful seizures he's been having. Now it's July 15, 2020. At 7:45 this morning, his team of doctors took this sweet boy to surgery to remove a wedge of his frontal lobe. This will be a long recovery for Reggie & his family.
Reggie & Brandy Schultz have to be the most giving couple I have ever met! With all the stress of what's going on with their son, they still make time to be there for other children that are friends of little Reggie. While little Reggie had a visit to the ER during one of last seasons football games, Big Reggie (Coach is what my son calls him) was still there for his team. FRONT AND CENTER COACHING OUR BOYS! It brought tears to my eyes that during this difficult time in his life, he's still there and honors his commitment to the community and our children.
And when little Reggie wants friends over, Brandy is always there to make it the best experience for anyone that is over. Taking them to the park, grabbing a snowcone, or taking them to McInroe Ranch (Aunt Kimmie's place).
So many people have asked on how they can help the family and I know the family would never ask for help. Since this has all happened, Brandy had to stop working and start take care of Reggie full time. Losing an entire income can be challenging. So I thought this would be the best way for others to help this amazing family. Thank you to everyone that has reached out and helped this sweet family!
