On September 28, 2016 Sarah was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor located in the middle of her brain. This type of tumor, a high grade glial neuronal, is very rare for girls her age. Much of it was removed, however, if left untreated, it will grow back.
After lengthy discussions with numerous doctors and experts in this field, her family has chosen to go forth with a combination of both clinical and holistic treatments as part of their fight. The use of both clinical and holistic treatments can be highly effective but come with significant costs. We are working very hard to raise money for these treatments so that we can get Sarah healthy and back to her regularly active life.
As most of you know, Beth is a single mother. She is not working and caring for Sarah, with the help of Sarah’s Grandparents (Beth’s Mother and Father), will require around the clock care. Sarah's father Chris is also struggling to provide for his daughter and is helping every way he can in this fight for Sarah's cause.
