2 1/2 years ago she received news no parents should ever receive. Little Ray has Acute Lymphoblastic Leakemia. He started chemo right away and first couple months he had to stay into hospital until it was safe for him to go home. Then he had to go back each week for his weekly treatment. Having to travel about 75 miles each way. That continued for 2 years.
August 2016 the Drs said little Ray could stop the chemo that his test results looked great. We all where so happy and blessed. We felt God answered our prayers. His mom used all her recourses to give little Ray those treatments for two years. But the end result was worth it.
Last Friday little Ray came down with high fever. He has has had the fever almost a week. His mom took him to 4 differnt dr to find out what's wrong with him. Along with fever he was having problems walking. One of his legs was not working like normal. Little Ray got scared and asked his mom. "Why is my leg like that mom". She broke down. Finally she took that drive of 75 miles to see the specialist. They ran all kinds of more test on little Ray. Results showed Leukima came back even more stronger. It breaks my heart to see mijo like this when he is only 8 years old. He should be enjoying his childhood. We ask for prayers for little Ray. Mom is staying in hosital with him each night. When his grandma gets there to visit. She goes out to sleep in her car. She used all her recourse. Sold whatever she could to make sure her son got what he need for medical treatment medication the last time.
His mom and family understand this is gonna be a long and uphill battle for little Ray. God has placed it upon our hearts to start this page to hopefully be able to help her and family financially. Medical cost and travel costs have more then overwhelmed her. Any donations would be used solely for these purposes. We thank anyone who feels, in their heart, the need to give support to little Ray, mom and family. They thank you from the bottom of our hearts for anything you can help with. Even just a simple prayer for little Ray.
