I have set up this go fund me account to help Paul with his medical expenses. 
A little about Paul’s story. He was diagnoised with cystic fibrosis as an infant.  He is a very strong young man and has stayed active throughout his life to keep himself healthy. In 2014 his lung function got really bad and continuously dropped. He was put on transplant list February 2, 2015. He received his transplant on May 30, 2015. At the time of his transplant he was 108 pounds and had 17% lung function.  After his transplant he got back into the gym and was able to get back to work 8 months after surgery. He was 160 pounds and had 105% lung function and doing great.  He has served as a police officer with Thibodeaux Police Department.  He completed Swat training in November receiving the highest honor of the Joey Grayson award (the hardest working operator).  In January of this year Paul caught a virus and although the doctor has tried everything to clear it up his lung function has dropped to 25%.  He has lost back down to 135 pounds.  He will need another transplant and is being placed back on the list.   In the next week he will start a process called photopheresis in an attempt to stabilize his lung function until another set of matching lungs are found for the transplant.  During this treatment he will have to travel to Oschner Hospital weekly for 2 day treatments for several weeks.   He is now unable to work due to his lung function being so low.  His expenses are adding up quickly with treatment, medical, travel, hotel etc.  Any and all help is greatly appreciated.  Please help by donating and sharing this so that we can get him as much help as possible.
