We are FRC 6995 Team NOMAD, a community based high school robotics team from Escondido, California. As part of the 2023 season, Team NOMAD competed in three regional events in Ventura San Diego and Las Vegas. The highlight of our season was receiving two Innovation in Control Awards, and one Industrial Design Award. In addition, NOMAD was chosen in Las Vegas as the first pick of the second alliance team and made it all the way to finals. As a result, we qualified for World Championships in Houston!
We are honored and thrilled by this exciting opportunity! We are also a bit daunted. We have 16 days to raise at least $6,000 to cover registration costs for this event and the expenses associated with shipping our robot to Houston. This will be a huge undertaking. We would not be where we are today without the generous financial support of so many family, friends, community members and sponsors. May we humbly ask for your encouragement and financial support for our World Championship competition?
