On behalf of the Bruzdewicz family, I am reaching out to you for help. Due to Kathy’s decline in health over the past 4 years, the Bruzdewicz family has endured very difficult times with maintaining financial stability.
Kathy has had 3 major surgeries during this time. The doctors felt it was necessary to remove her pancreas, spleen, & gallbladder. She has had sepsis (blood infections) 5 times in the past 2 years. Kathy was placed on a ventilator a total of 32 times. She has had over 25 emergency room visits & spent over 80 days in the hospital, which included the use of feeding tubes.
The health issues Kathy has had to face the past 2 weeks were so critical, she was placed in an induced coma to fight for her life. Kathy is a fighter. With her husband Timmy and daughter Kelly by her side, she was able to pull through this. She will have a very long extensive recovery. Her recovery will require on-going breathing treatments, physical therapy, specialty doctor visits, and occupational therapy.
If you are in a position to do so, I am asking for financial donations to help ease the stress of the continued financial burden which will allow the Bruzdewicz family's main focus to be on Kathy’s recovery. Our goal is $250,000. Your time, prayers, & donations are deeply appreciated by myself & the Bruzdewicz family.
