Our dad, Jim Steele, was diagnosed with Squamous cell carcinoma esophageal cancer on March 25, 2024 at the age of 59. Ten very long days later, we were informed that it is considered Stage 4 as it has spread to other surrounding organs. On April 16th, he began his first round of chemotherapy in hopes that he will go into remission and spend many more years with his wife, kids, and grandchildren.

No one can ever prepare you to walk through this journey. It hits you like a train and hinders every aspect of your life. A feeling too many people know. Between missing work and medical bills, this will heavily impact my parents financially. They would never want to burden others for help. So I very humbly ask, if you feel it in your heart, to donate as my dad walks through this incredibly difficult challenge. It would be appreciated beyond what words could speak.
