Team Jeremiah

15 year old, Clayton Sophomore, Jeremiah Pierce, has a Congenital Heart Disease and was born with his heart valves backwards. Jeremiah has had a pacemaker since 2011, and is now on his second one as of October 2017. His pacemaker is not going to be able to keep his heart functioning and Jeremiah is in need of an immediate heart transplant.
