I am reaching out to you today on behalf of my ex-colleague and dear friend, Jeff Lacey. Recently, he has faced an unexpected health situation, and he needs our support.

Jeff was known for his positive, fun-loving, and caring attitude. He was instrumental in the growth of our practice, where he used his compassion and hard work to impact the lives of thousands of patients. Yet now, he needs our support more than ever.

Due to the long-term nature of his health situation, he has chosen to resign from his employer to focus on his recovery.
